REFEREE
GRADES &
CLINICS:
USSF has changed the referee grades, effective July 1, for 2020.

Grades 7, 8, and 9 will now be designated as Grassroots License Referees.

Grades 5 & 6 will now be Regional License Referees.

At this point, no change for Emeritus Referees.
Recertification & Administrative Fees:
For clinic schedules/approvals and questions, please contact: Bridgit Torbett (bridgit75@yahoo.com), State Director of Instruction
Certifications are valid for each calendar year; i.e., all USSF certifications are effective January 1 through December 31.
If you were previously certified with USSF, but not for the calendar year 2019, you will need to recertify in order to officiate sanctioned matches starting on January 1, 2020.
Online training for the old Referee Grades (7/8/9) are currently still available here.
All Done! USSF has closed all registration for calendar year 2019 certification. All upcoming clinics will be for 2020 certification.

Please direct any questions to Bridgit Torbett (bridgit75@yahoo.com), the State Director of Instruction.
Referee Profiles URL for the USSF Learning Center: https://learning.ussoccer.com/referee/

When you create your Referee Profile, you MUST use a unique e-mail address (that will be your login).

When prompted if you want to import your "Legacy Data", you should click on "Continue" (you want yes to import). Otherwise, you will create a profile identifying you as a brand NEW referee candidate and you will only be allowed to register as a New Grassroots License Referee.

If you're a currently registered referee, creating a new profile, will totally mess up what courses/clinics you will be able to register for.
